In the 1841 census as Richard Baker aged 60 (rounded down to a multiple of 5), not born in Surrey, a farmer, and living with Frances (wife?), William (son?) and Ann, Frances and Sarah (daughters?) at Upper West End, Frensham, Surrey.

Entry in Bakers of Headley for Richard Baker. Nicholas’ eighth child, Richard, was born on 11 April 1777. He was married twice: first, on 6 August 1801, to Anne Maria Harding, by whom he had a daughter, also called Anne Maria, born later that year. Anne died in 1809, being buried on 2 December, and on 25 January the following year he married Frances Keen (born c. 1780) at Headley. Richard and Frances had two children: Richard, born in September of that same year and Edward two years later. (Details of all three children are below.) Richard senior died on 14 October 1849, and Frances on 25 January 1859; both were buried in Frensham churchyard.
There are four entries in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Richard Baker born in 1977, and his death in 1849, one adding his marriage to Frances Keen on 25 January 1810 in Headley, Hampshire, and two his birth on 11 April 1810 in Headley, Hampshire, parents Nicholas Baker, and Mary Hurst, two children William and Richard James, and his death on 14 October 1849 and burial on 19 October 1849 in Frensham, St Mary, Surrey.
Susan Belsey has an entry for Richard Baker born 11 April 1777 son of Nicholas Baker and Mary Hurst, his marriage to Anne Maria Harding on August 6, 1801, and to Frances Keen on January 25, 1810 in Headley, three children Anna Maria, Richard and Edward in one and Richard , George and Ann in the other, his death on 14 October 1849 and burial in Frensham Churchyard, Surrey.
